About
We sit between the app export and the manager conversation
Manager Map Grid is a Johor Bahru practice that helps operations leads brief leadership with numbers they can defend — drawn from the apps their teams already use.
The practice started after watching competent supervisors lose half a meeting to disputed columns. The apps were fine. The packs were not. We built a service around that gap: human review, live rehearsal, and a written briefing that survives Monday.
Mission
Help Malaysian operations managers leave meetings with shared definitions and a short story of what moved — without commissioning another system.
How we work
We begin with the questions leadership already asks, not with a catalogue of charts. Then we trace those questions into the exports you can actually pull. If a field cannot be trusted, we say so plainly and recommend a temporary manual check rather than inventing precision.
Sessions stay small. Four people in a briefing is usually enough. Walkthroughs cap at eight so every supervisor edits a real pack, not a fictional case study.
Where we sit
Our base is at Jalan Shahbandar 8, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Johor Bahru. We travel to sites across Johor and run video sessions for teams farther afield. Response times follow Malaysian business days.
Values we keep visible
- Definitions before decoration. A clean percentage with a fuzzy filter helps nobody.
- Reuse over novelty. A pack your lead can run again next month beats a one-off flourish.
- Respect for floor time. We schedule around shifts, not around our preference for morning workshops.
