By using this website or commissioning work from Manager Map Grid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book an engagement.

Services described

Pages describe advisory engagements such as reporting briefings, analytics reviews, retainers, and walkthroughs. Descriptions are informational. A separate written confirmation sets the scope, fees, and dates for any paid work.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and layout, belongs to Manager Map Grid unless otherwise noted. Briefing packs delivered under an engagement may be reused internally by the client named in the confirmation. Redistribution to third parties as a product requires our written consent.

No software licence

Engagements do not grant licences to software products, vendor platforms, or source code. We work with the systems you already operate.

Liability

We prepare briefings and findings with care based on information you supply. We are not liable for business decisions you take after receiving a pack, nor for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate exports you provide. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Johor Bahru have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site.
