Refunds, deposits, and rescheduling
This policy applies to advisory engagements sold by Manager Map Grid — briefings, analytics reviews, monthly retainers, and team walkthroughs.

Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a date was reserved. Informational website browsing never incurs a charge.
Deposits
Briefings and walkthroughs require a 40% deposit to hold a date. Reviews require 50% to start. Deposits are credited toward the final fee.
Cancellation by you
- More than 7 days before the live session: full refund of deposit, or reschedule once at no fee.
- 3–7 days before: 50% of the deposit retained; remainder refunded, or credit toward a new date within 90 days.
- Fewer than 3 days, or no-show: deposit is non-refundable. We may offer a paid rebooking at our discretion.
Work already started
If we have begun reviewing exports or drafting findings before a live session, fees for time already spent are non-refundable even if you cancel the session. We will itemise that time in writing.
Reviews
If you cancel after receiving the findings note, the engagement fee is fully due. If you cancel before any review work begins, prepaid amounts are refunded within 14 business days.
Monthly retainers
Retainers renew month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. The month already invoiced is non-refundable once export preparation has started for that cycle. Unused future months are not billed.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days’ notice, subject to diary space. Further reschedules may incur a RM 150 administration fee.
Materials
Printed checklists or packs already produced for your session are non-refundable once printed. Digital copies remain available to the named client.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are outside our control.

Exceptions
If we cancel due to advisor illness or travel disruption, you may choose a full refund or a new date. Force majeure events may delay sessions without penalty to either party.
