Pricing follows scope, not a software seat
Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit. Final quotes reflect how many reports you nominate, whether we travel on-site, and how settled your definitions already are.

How estimates are built
We ask for sample exports before locking a fee. Messy or incomplete files do not raise the price by surprise; they may extend the timeline or suggest a review before a briefing.
Deposits of 40% secure a date for briefings and walkthroughs. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. Reviews invoice 50% to start and 50% on delivery of the findings note.
What we do not sell
There are no monthly software seats, usage meters, or tiered “enterprise platforms” here. You pay for advisory time, written packs, and facilitated sessions.
